Not all meals need to be complicated. This started off as a Jimmy Dean microwavable breakfast sandwich, but I wanted to make more macro, friendly and more high protein. I added extra egg whites, swapped out the American cheese for some cheddar and the English muffin for my protein flat bread. A little jam on top and it was ππΌππΌππΌ
In 15 minutes tops, I was able to take a basic breakfast that was 18 g of protein to a delicious, more healthy one with 38 g ππΌππΌ
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1 turkey sausage patty
1/2 slice cheddar
1 piece of protein flat bread
1 tbsp strawberry jam

390 cals
30g C / 10g F / 38g P
