Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 cup greek yogurt
1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
1 egg
2 eggs whites
⅔ cup milk of choice (i used unsweetened almond milk)
2 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cup chopped apples
Directions:
Making these the night before, add everything to the blender EXCEPT for the baking powder, and add right before you cook them. Add to the blender and blitz just until blended.
**If you want to make the morning of, add everything all at the same time and cook
